Future of Work is Faster, Simpler and More Human.

As content director for Indeed FutureWorks 2022, Peter directed on-demand speaker sessions, in-person audience interactions and activations, and 8 hours of live production content performed across three stages.

Indeed wanted to return to the live event space with a big splash. Peter worked with Indeed.com leadership, industry thought leaders and A-list celebrity talent to turn Indeed.com’s rebranded vision of the future of work — a future that is more equitable and efficient — into reality.

Live Talent

Our big names weren’t just for show. Peter connected and coached top thought-leaders and celebrities who best exemplified the Indeed.com vision of a more inclusive, more flexible, more equitable future of work.

Indeed CMO Jessica Jensen sits down to talk breaking barriers in the workplace with “Girls Who Code” founder Reshma Saujani, indie filmmaker Lena Waithe and first female NFL coach Dr. Jen Welter at the FutureWorks main stage.

Ryan Reynolds discussed the importance of pivots and flexibility when talking through his career path from blockbuster star to spirits entrepreneur to non profit executive.

Video On Demand

Our content wasn’t limited to live or one day. Our video on demand was double-leveraged to create a live stream to our virtual audience on the day of the event, as well as creating a digital content library that audience members could return to or catch up on what they missed.

Actor, Writer and Activist Issa Rae is interviewed on “Getting You Voice Heard” with Indeedian Loren Kort.

“Ted Lasso” star Jason Sudeikis talks about the importance of a positive work environment.

Broadcast

Our live stream of the event was anchored by our broadcast booth. Like NFL LIVE or an OSCARS pre show, our Indeed EMCEES kept virtual audiences engaged with recaps, shout outs and exclusive behind the scenes interviews throughout the live event.

Activations

Throughout our space were branded touch points and activations designed exclusively for FutureWorks 2022, promoting and engaging audiences on the concept of a future of work that works better for all.

Our “Portraits with Perspective” activation promoted fair chance hiring by getting audiences to “unlock” hidden content to see the human beings beyond their “ex con” label.

Conversation starter coffee sleeves at the Indeed FutureWorks 2022 “Equal Pay Cafe.”

Audiences were encouraged to remove hiring barriers in our “Talent Pool” activation.
