At the 2012 Democratic National Convention, The Newshour Hatcam enabled PBS reporters to walk through the convention crowds, gather impromptu interviews and effectively document the energy at the Time Warner Arena.
As a Desk Assistant I was charged with producing potential guests for the evening's broadcast and conducting pre-interviews. My input had a direct effect on the night's broadcast.
Here we are conducting a light test before broadcasting live at the 2012 Democratic National Convention.
