Red Pump 

Working with Easton and Porter Group, I had the opportunity to concept, design, build and market a property in Charlottesville's historic Downtown Mall. 

Red Pump Tuscan Kitchen promises an elegant ambience with the cuisine to match. Working with local purveyors and growers, we made sure our restaurant was at the heart of Charlottesville's farm-to-table movement. 

At the forefront of the property's development, I gained valuable experience concepting, developing, and promoting a brand that has become a staple in the culture of one of the most popular university towns in the US. 

 
 

 

 

Station EQ

Located in the heart of the Hamptons, Station EQ was one of Southampton's premiere farm-to-table kitchens from 2013 to 2016.

From working on marketing and branding for an upscale start-up restaurant, to producing and promoting weekly musical performances by NYC indie acts, I wore many hats crafting and selling a different and memorable dining experience 6 nights a week.
